By inviting and using Symphony (the "Bot") in your Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Bot.

Symphony is a music bot designed to stream audio content in Discord voice channels. You agree to use the Bot in compliance with:
- Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- Applicable copyright and intellectual property laws
- All local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Bot to violate any laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Bot's systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Bot's services
- Use the Bot for any commercial purposes without permission
4. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but Symphony is provided "as is" without any guarantees of uptime or availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
Symphony and its developers are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
